Polarities in Life
When we are aware that all manifestations, including all life forms, the beautiful manifestations of creative power, have origins in polarities of energies in this single universal consciousness, isn’t that also be true in our thinking process to manifest creation and innovations in all endeavors of life, particularly so in organizations that are created by humankind? What difference will it manifest in our ventures when we elevate our conscious levels to see these polarities of energy? Will that elevation of consciousness not help us to tap this insight to see the Whole in any endeavor of our journey? Where can systems thinking capabilities be when system owners and stakeholders do not embrace the beauty and wisdom of creative thinking that can manifest only when minds embrace this duality of energies that are part of the Whole?
These polarities of energies are like Yin/Yang, Masculine/Feminine, Shiva/Sakthi, and they are not opposites but have inherent unity of the Whole, beauty, and wisdom.
Nature has no contradictions; humans, due to their lack of understanding, perceive contradictions and conflicts within their systems and become perplexed when they do not achieve the intended outcomes. Nature has worked in synchronicity for billions of years and will continue through eternal cycles.
Can we use these insights to create better management systems that meet the challenging needs of organizations, whether commercial, government, or society? Ask yourself why, despite increasing knowledge in all domains of human endeavors, organizations are still struggling to adapt to the needs of their larger environmental systems.
